VAULTO AI TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Vaulto AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Vaulto LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our AI-powered cryptocurrency investment assistant platform and related services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Vaulto AI is an AI-powered cryptocurrency investment assistant platform that provides comprehensive tools and services for cryptocurrency analysis, portfolio management, and market intelligence. Our Service includes:

2.1 Core Features

• AI-Powered Search and Analysis: Advanced search capabilities powered by Perplexity AI as the primary knowledge source
• Real-time Market Data: Cryptocurrency price data, market analytics, and trading information from CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, and other providers
• Blockchain Analytics: Transaction monitoring, wallet analysis, and blockchain data from Etherscan and similar services
• DeFi Intelligence: Yield farming opportunities, staking information, and DeFi protocol analysis via DeFiLlama integration
• Portfolio Management: Non-custodial wallet integration for viewing and analyzing cryptocurrency holdings
• News and Social Intelligence: Aggregated cryptocurrency news and social media analysis via Twitter/X API
• Voice Queries: Voice-activated search and analysis capabilities

2.2 Subscription Tiers

Our Service operates on a tiered subscription model:

• Starter Plan: 500 AI searches per month, basic crypto data, wallet operations
• Pro Plan: 5,000 AI searches per month, multi-AI engines, DeFi & Twitter analysis, priority support, API access
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited searches, all AI engines, white-label options, 24/7 support, custom integrations

2.3 Service Limitations

Our Service is designed for informational and analytical purposes only. We do not:

• Provide financial, investment, or trading advice
• Execute transactions on behalf of users
• Hold custody of user funds or private keys
• Guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of market data
• Ensure continuous availability of third-party integrations

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

While our Service can be used without account registration, certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

• We cannot execute transactions on your behalf

• You maintain full control and responsibility for your funds

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Traditional payment methods (credit cards, bank transfers)
• Cryptocurrency payments (USDC, ETH, BTC)
• Solana token holdings (100+ SOL tokens unlock Pro features)

4.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial periods, but we may consider refunds for technical issues or service unavailability.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Our wallet integration services allow you to:

• View your cryptocurrency holdings across multiple networks
• Analyze transaction history and portfolio performance
• Monitor DeFi positions and yield farming opportunities
• Access market data and analytics for your holdings

6.2 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your private keys and seed phrases
• All transactions initiated from your connected wallets
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
• Compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements
• Backing up your wallet data securely

6.3 Transaction Risks

Cryptocurrency transactions are:

• Irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• Subject to network fees that may vary significantly
• Not protected by traditional financial institutions

7. AI SERVICE LIMITATIONS

While we strive to provide accurate information through our AI services, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or hallucinations

• AI responses should not be considered as professional financial advice
• You should conduct independent research before making investment decisions

IN NO EVENT SHALL VAULTO LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in your settings
• Cancelling your subscription

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Technical or security reasons

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

14.3 California Digital Financial Assets Law

We acknowledge the California Digital Financial Assets Law (DFAL) and affirm that our Service operates in compliance with applicable California financial services regulations. We do not engage in money transmission or custody services as defined under California law.
